Shipping Policies
SHIPPING POLICY:
- We ship worldwide from our studio in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, including to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and beyond.
- All orders are shipped with tracking, mainly with Canada Post, Chitchats or Purolator, with UPS and FedEx as backup carriers.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing/packing.
- Shipping rates:
- Canada: $10 CAD flat rate, free on orders of $150 CAD or more.
- United States: $10 USD flat rate, free on orders of $199.99 USD or more.
- All other countries: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size of package + total weight of package, free on orders of $1,000 CAD or more.
- Shipping times are calculated based on delivery address.
- Duties and taxes: U.S. orders ship with all duties and tariffs prepaid, so you should expect no additional charges upon delivery. Customers in all other countries outside Canada are responsible for any duties or taxes charged on delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, which is automatically added to the total.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
MISSING PACKAGES:
If your order’s tracking status indicates that your parcel was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property/lobby/mailroom. Canada Post also leaves a pick-up notice in case of a failed delivery attempt, which will require you to pick up the parcel from your nearest post office in person.
