Order Issues or Mistakes

If you've received the wrong item or there was an error in your shipment, please get in touch with us at hi@francesdickson.com. We’ll make sure the issue is corrected promptly and fairly.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all fabric sales are final. Once your order is placed and the fabric has been cut to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for other products or colourways.

Color Accuracy & Fabric Swatches

We do our utmost to represent our fabrics as accurately as possible—each fabric is photographed in natural light, and color descriptions are carefully written. However, screens and devices vary in how they display color, and we cannot guarantee an exact match to what appears online.

To be certain you're selecting the right color or texture, we highly recommend ordering a fabric swatch, available on our product page. This is the best way to preview how the fabric will feel and appear in your space or project.

Fabric Care & Responsibility

Fabric care instructions are provided based on guidance from our manufacturers or distributors. Please follow them closely. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue replacements for fabric that has been altered or damaged due to incorrect washing or laundering.
