We carefully pack and ship all orders directly from our studio located in Vancouver, Canada. 

Order Processing Times

Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days.

During Sales & Promotions: Please allow for extended processing times of up to 2 weeks due to higher order volumes. The most accurate dispatch estimate will be shown at checkout.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to dispatch your order promptly, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please be aware that unexpected delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

If you believe your package has been delayed or lost in transit, please reach out—we will gladly assist in investigating the issue or arranging a replacement where appropriate.

Delivery Timeframes & Import Duties

For more details on shipping times and customs or duty charges for your country, please look up your local tariff and duties schedules provided by your government. Our fabrics are made in India.

For U.S. customers, all shipments are shipped with duties/tariffs prepaid (DDP) so you should expect no additional charges upon delivery.
